iMETRIX offers tailor-made support. Depending on the needs, different support models are being offered ranging from support offered during working hours to full 24/7 support.

During working hours (Monday to Friday from 8.30-17.00 hours), the support desk can be reached by phone: 010-4587148. The email address is support@iMETRIX.nl

Customers with a 24/7 SLA (Service Level Agreement) have a special phone number for emergencies.

Certain customers can log into our Test Track system in order to submit support and feature requests.
